What we bring to the leather’s surface — wash, pattern, art, branding and colour. Each technique specified to your brief.

Drum-washing softens the leather to an even, worn-in finish — or, worked heavier per garment, an aggressive character no two pieces share.
Best for: relaxed tailoring through to statement pieces

Character worked into the piece by hand — the tannery’s dark finish wiped back to reveal a cognac base (eskitme), or the seams hand-sprayed for depth and definition (karartma). We also work in antiqued leather, whose mottled dark-to-light patina comes finished from the tannery.
Best for: worn-in, statement pieces

Croc, python, lizard, veined — any character can be pressed into the leather, tooled to your die. Not a fixed menu; the pattern is yours to specify.
Best for: texture-led design, bespoke grain

Standard or bespoke perforation — any design cut into the leather as a pattern, given a die.
Best for: bespoke patterning, ventilated pieces

Hand-graffiti, digital and transfer print on panels, pockets or a full back — graphic identity brought to the surface with control.
Best for: streetwear, statement outerwear

Detail painted onto finished leather by hand, from tonal washes to fully painted backs. Each piece resolves differently.
Best for: one-of-one pieces, couture work

Crystals and rhinestones set into the surface by hand — from a single motif to a full image built across a panel.
Best for: evening wear, statement pieces

Heat-debossed at the nape, embroidered as a name or emblem, or set on a sewn label — your mark, three ways.

Your own artwork printed across the satin lining — custom branding carried inside the garment, not just on it.

Bring a Pantone or hex reference; we match to the nearest on our scale and confirm on a physical swatch you approve before production.*

Colour worked into the leather in the drum rather than sprayed on — even, saturated, consistent across a full run.
Best for: deep uniform tones, volume runs

Metallic leather finished at the tannery for consistency across a full run — or a metallic effect applied later, where a piece calls for it.
Best for: evening and statement pieces
*Natural leather varies — expect roughly 3–5% colour variation from skin to skin, a little more on suede. The signature of a real material, not a flaw.
A crackle that doesn’t flake. A natural veining. A curl. Some character is inherent to the skin — read at the grading table, not added by machine.
This is our established repertoire — not its limit. If your brief calls for a finish you don’t see here, bring it to us.
