These terms govern your use of gomur.co. They are not the terms of any manufacturing agreement — production work is governed by the separate written contract, purchase order and specification agreed between GOMUR and the client. Where the two differ, the manufacturing contract prevails.

This site describes what GOMUR makes and how we work. It is an invitation to start a conversation, not an offer capable of acceptance.
When you send us an enquiry you confirm that you are contacting us for business purposes and that the information you give is accurate.
You keep ownership of the designs, patterns and technical files you send. You grant us the limited right to use them for the sole purpose of assessing, quoting and producing your project. We treat them as confidential.
You confirm that you hold the rights to the material you send, and that its use by us for your project will not infringe anyone else’s intellectual property.
We aim to reply to enquiries within one working day. We may decline an enquiry without giving reasons, including where the project falls outside our capability or minimums.
The GOMUR name, logo, site design, text and photography are owned by GOMUR or used under licence. You may view and print pages for your own business assessment.
You may not copy, republish, or use our photography or copy for your own commercial purposes, use our name or marks without written permission, or present our work as your own manufacturing capability.
Client garments shown in the portfolio remain the intellectual property of the brands that designed them. They are shown as examples of construction, not as designs available to be copied.
Do not use this site to send unlawful, misleading or infringing material, to attempt unauthorised access to our systems, to scrape content at scale, or to send automated or bulk enquiries.
We may restrict access where the site is being misused.
We take care to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free, or that indicative figures will apply to your project.
To the extent permitted by law, GOMUR is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, or for loss arising from reliance on indicative information where no written quotation or contract exists.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by Turkish law. The courts and enforcement offices of İzmir have jurisdiction over disputes arising from the use of this site. If you are a consumer resident in the EEA or the UK, this does not deprive you of the protection of your local mandatory law.
